Last week was a busy time for Gameplan as we helped kickoff a future leaders development program for our client MPC.
MPC is the UAE’s leading integrated healthcare services provider with a full range of pharmaceutical and medical devices based solutions to the healthcare industry across the region.
With a view to identifying and strengthening the next line of leaders within the organisation, MPC, in partnership with Gameplan has launched PATH- Talent Development Program under which a cohort of future leaders from across divisions will go through a comprehensive and structured leadership development program consisting of webinars, training workshops, live projects, forum discussions and deep coaching over the next one year.
The PATH program was kicked off on the 8th of April, 2021 at the Hyatt Regency in Dubai. It was attended by the top management of MPC as well as the HR/L&D teams. Starting off with an address and presentation by the CEO of the group on the need to develop future leaders, there was a detailed presentation by the Head of HR on the PATH program, its objectives and methodology in detail.
Following the formal launch of PATH, it was time for creativity and fun. Facilitated by the Gameplan team, the participants, working in teams, raced against the clock in preparing a video infomercial on chosen topics. They had to come up with concepts, ideas, assign responsibilities, practice and perfect their infomercial before shooting the final video. The final video was screened in front of the entire MPC team later in the evening.
We had a blast facilitating the super talented group of future leaders and overall, it was a day of reflection, enthusiasm, energy and fun.
