Tell us about what you do at Gameplan?

As the content development manager, my responsibility is to deliver the business results and impact our customers need to achieve their long term strategic objectives through highly focused and precise people development initiatives whether they be training workshops, coaching journeys, team events or assessment centres. I work closely with our customers in translating their vision into reality.

If there is one thing you’ve learned over the years, what would that be?

That there are simply no shortcuts when it comes to long term development of human capital. Success is a result of meticulous assessment of inherent strengths, skill gaps, behavioural needs and precise targeting through the most appropriate and realistic tools, delivered by highly competent and experienced facilitators.

When you are not training, what would you be doing?

Something that many people do not know about me is that I have a deep and abiding interest in graphical designing! I tinker endlessly with our digital assets much to the anxiety of my colleagues. I also love reading and researching new ideas and concepts that I use in my content as well as training delivery.
