Neil startedhis career as a Management Trainee with the Tata Group in 2001, where hemanagedautomotive clients in the Middle East and Africa. He then moved on to BusinessBanking with Citibank in India before joiningNational Bank of Omanin Muscatas a Private Banker in 2012.

In 2015 he moved to the UAE to work in Corporate Learning and Coaching. Neil is regardedfor his quality workshop content and engaging methods. His sessions receive consistentlyhigh ratings across industry.

He specializes in Communication,Team dynamicsand Managerial skills.

Tell us about what you do at Gameplan?

I facilitate meetings, strategy sessions and training workshops, using the Lego Serious Play method.

If there is one thing you’velearned over the years, what would that be?

Always think and operate with a ‘Growth mindset’.Define what success means to you andlive it every day.

When you are not training, what would you be doing?

I like Triathlon and train in the three sports(swim,bike,run)on a regular basis. Also enjoyreading on diverse subjects (such asstoicism, neuroscience and well-being). Savouringquality document aries and podcasts is another way I like to use my time.
