Nadeem has a wealth of experience to share. He is an accomplished coach and manager in retail, sales and distribution and has is seasoned in business development. With over 25 years of experience working for organisations such as Lexmark International, Dixons Stores Group, Staples the UK office superstore and Techdata Distribution Middle East, he the perfect candidate to share his knowledge and skills with others.

Whilst training has always been a central component of Nadeem’s career, he has also held significant commercial responsibility and accountability for driving profitable sales across the Middle East and North African region.

In 2010 Nadeem began his journey with Gameplan Solutions as a Senior Training Consultant and is now a Managing Partner. He has delivered over 1,200 training days, ranging from programs in customer services, management, leadership and sales. His training skills cover a wide learner audience, from front line staff to director groups.

Nadeem is a certified practitioner in Kirkpatrick and Brinkerhoff and PRISM Brain Mapping, he specialises in behaviour profiling and advanced adaptive sales and leadership techniques

Tell us about what you do at Gameplan?

As Managing Partner, It is my job to steer Gameplan and navigate through the turbulent waters while staying laser focused on being the best partner we can, for our clients. I am obsessed about delivering value day after day and improving the way we deliver on our promise with every opportunity.

I am supported by a great team who share my passion and commitment to being the best we can for our clients.

If there is one thing you’ve learned over the years, what would that be?

That our clients come first; no matter what the circumstances may be or how difficult the going may be. We will be always there for our clients through thick and thin. Our clients know that they can always depend on us to deliver on our promise. I believe this single-minded resolve is what matters, at the end of the day.

When you are not training, what would you be doing?

You can always find me on a golf course somewhere! I carry my passion for continuous improvement to my game as well, looking to becoming a better golfer every time I tee off!
