Tell us about what you do at Gameplan?

Since co-founding the business back in 2007, I have enjoyed being involved in all aspects of managing and growing Gameplan.  In this organization, we have all learned to master many hats and add value to the business on multiple levels and so my list of activities covers literally everything we do. In many ways it is important for us to practice what we preach and so I practice learning by doing and getting involved in any way I can to help the business do the right things and help our learners reap the benefits of what we have to offer.

If there is one thing you’ve learned over the years, what would that be?

For me this would be to put energy and passion into everything you do, to ensure that you achieve balance in your life, to focus on what makes you and others happy, to be kind to others always and if you really want to make a difference, then make it a positive one.

When you are not training, what would you be doing?

I work very hard to balance my life at work with time spent with my amazing wife Debs and my two daughters Kay and Yasmine and my grand-daughter Skye, enjoying special family time together whenever we can. When there’s a bit of free time for personal pursuits, I will be competing at something and aiming for new personal bests and performance highs.
