Tell us about what you do at Gameplan?

As an Associate Consultant, it is my role within Gameplan to offer professional support, guidance and direction to our clients and help steer them through the challenges of industry changes within the ever-evolving business markets. My experience has been built through years of adopting practical and common-sense methodology to every situation, engaging the whole team through the journey and developing individuals to achieve their optimum potential.

If there is one thing you’ve learned over the years, what would that be?

Our client’s business is extremely important to them and their future success depends on our strong solid advice and support. So, at Gameplan we believe in making business goals and dreams a reality. Our team are ready to help at all and every level, from impartial advice or practical assistance to full support through expansion and long-term strategies. We will make the most of every opportunity, we will help build their future.

When you are not training, what would you be doing?

Being a father of three teenage daughters, one thing I have discovered in life is patience! A keen gardener, any spare time is spent in the fresh country air of Ireland and from early spring when all the planning and hard work takes priority through to late summer and seeing the amazing results, I have found patience is a wonderful gift. There is nothing better than relaxing in my garden on a warm summers evening taking pride in what I have achieved.
