Tell us about what you do at Gameplan?

I’m a Learning and Development / Training Consultant with 15+ years of experience in training. I’ve led learning and development projects for 40+ corporates across various industries in the Middle East, especially in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Libya, and Jordan.

I’ve covered the full cycle of learning and development (assessing training needs, building training programs, and delivering training), and has developed deep experience in both soft skills and hard / technical skills.

Personally delivered over 200 training courses in several fields including soft skills, accounting, sales and marketing, business development, and customer service, and he has worked as a university instructor for undergraduate business administration for over 6 years.

A seasoned lecturer and speaker; in addition to delivering training courses in Arabic and English, he has delivered public speeches, personal and group coaching, workshops, seminars, interactive demonstrations, recorded videos, and he has been hosted as a guest speaker on different TV shows.

If there is one thing you’ve learned over the years, what would that be?

Continues learning, looking to set and achieve higher levels of goals, be ambitious as much as possible, have the questioning mind on how to work smarter, be more patient, be more confident, and enjoy the life journey while heading towards success.

When you are not training, what would you be doing?

Celebrating small successes through networking on the social and business levels, learning new skills, focusing on sports (hiking, boxing, cycling).
